Cloud Burst is a phenomenal trail in the old area of the park (this is just across from the new area, separated by the main walking track, which serves as the up track from Wilson’s Bay car park. Accessed by turning right off the main up track Cloud Burst can be ridden in two ways, either starting with a hair raising plunge down El Dorado (one of the only true expert lines in the park) or with its own starting point just to the left of the El Dorado entrance. Riding Cloud Burst is like tree skiing, tight, steep and flowing. The only problem is that it is over too fast! Beginners not recommended here, but an intermediate skill level will cope just fine.
