Queenstown Group Accommodation

Pinewood specialises in providing accommodation for school groups, educational groups and sports groups. We are the only Queenstown group accommodation provider that can offer budget accommodation just 5mins walk from the centre of Queenstown. School Groups, Educational Groups and Sports Groups

We pride ourselves in being able to host school groups, educational groups and sports groups of any size and any configuration from 10 people to 200 people. With all our accommodation units being fully self-contained with kitchen, lounge and bathrooms you will not have to share your facilities with any other guests or groups.

Group Accommodation

Whether it is a school group, educational group or sports group, your male and female accommodation splits are no problem as we have multiple room configurations and sizes including, quad rooms, triple rooms and twin rooms and 3 to 6 bed dormitory rooms. We always look for the best fit for your group and you are provided with a rooming and unit configuration on booking.

Accommodation Units

Your unit will be fully equipped to enable you to prepare, cook and serve meals for your group. Pinewood supplies linen for all rooms and dorm beds. Towels are not provided in dorm rooms but can be hired at an additional cost of $2 per person.

Group Meals

We can provide dinner and breakfast for your group. Breakfasts start from $8 per person per day and dinners start from $25.00 per person per day. We are the only place in Queenstown to have our own Hangi Pit and can provide you with a Traditional Maori experience with Unique Hangi’s.
