Terms and Conditions
For booking reservations from 15th December 2017-31st March 2018, full payment will be deducted from your nominated card, as this is a non-refundable rate. Bookings are not confirmed until credit card payment has been processed. No refund will be issued on reservations cancelled within these dates.
For all bookings outside 15th December 2017-31st March 2018, NOTHING will be charged to your credit card. However, if you fail to arrive for your reservation (No Show), we will charge your credit card for the first nights’ accommodation.
For bookings outside 15th December 2017-31st March 2018, in most cases bookings can be cancelled up to 48 hours prior to arrival without incurring any charge. Bookings cancelled within 48 hours of the reservation date are subject to a charge for the first nights’ accommodation.
Our availability is live! We cannot always guarantee that bookings will be in the same room/bed for the duration of your stay and room moving may be required. To avoid room moving during your stay please contact us directly so we can provide you with options that do not include a room move. We also cannot guarantee that guests from a multi room/bed bookings will be in the same room or building for the duration of the stay, but we will do our best to accommodate your requests.
Reception is open from 7.30am to 9.00pm. Late check-ins can be arranged with prior notice. Check out time is strictly 10am.
At no time during the duration of you booking shall more than the number of guests shown on the confirmation reside overnight on the property. If you would like to add people to your reservation please confirm with reception and additional charges will apply, failure to confirm additional guest may result in a fee and eviction from Pinewood.
Pinewood Behaviour Policy: - Any excess cleaning or damage to the property of Pinewood will be charged for. We reserve the right to evict guests from Pinewood who are deemed by management to be behaving in a socially unacceptable way; causing damage; disturbing other guests; using unacceptable language or otherwise breaking these Terms and Conditions. No refund will be given and charges will apply for any damages caused. To ensure that all guests have a pleasant stay we expect common sense and consideration to be shown at all times to all guests. No noise allowed between 10pm - 7am. For any issues after 9pm our Night Security can be reached at 021 105 9807. Pinewood operates and enforces a strict "1-strike" policy. Failure to abide by these rules may result in being evicted with no refund.
