Cancellation Policy

30 December 2024 - 2 January 2025

This is a non-refundable booking and full payment will be taken on reservation. Cancellation is at the discretion of the management and dependent upon the likelihood of reselling the room/bed. 3 night minimum length of stay applies.

All other dates outside 30 December 2024 - 2 January 2025

In most cases bookings can be cancelled 48 hours prior to arrival without incurring any charge. Bookings cancelled within this period are subject to a charge for the first night's accommodation. This is at the discretion of management and dependent upon the likelihood of reselling the room/bed. 

Payments & Charges

Guests will be charged a pre-payment of the total price of the reservation in the two days before arrival. If the payment declines or the card details are invalid, guests will be notified immediately so they can provide alternative card details within 24 hours. If no updated card details are provided 24 hours before arrival, the reservation will be cancelled.

New Year's Policy

Guests booking stays at Pinewood between 30 December 2024 and 2 January 2025, must be 20 years of age or over.

Pet Policy

Pets are permitted to stay with guests of Pinewood Lodge, if staying in a fully self-contained unit. Please review our Pet Policy prior to booking. 

Noise Curfew

We have a strict noise curfew of 9pm where we ask all guests to keep noise to a minimum. After this time, night security will enforce this policy. 

After 9PM, the use of portable speakers is prohibited. Any speakers found in operation will be confiscated and may only be retrieved at checkout, subject to a $100 fee.

Human Waste Removal

Cleanliness is paramount. Please be mindful that improper disposal of human waste or vomit may incur a minimum $200 NZD cleaning fee. Thank you for helping us maintain a pleasant environment for all guests.
