Cancellation Policy

30 December 2024 – 2 January 2025

This is a non-refundable booking and full payment that will be taken on reservation.  A 3-night minimum length of stay applies.

All other dates outside 30 December 2024 – 2 January 2025

Bookings can be cancelled 48 hours prior to arrival without incurring any charge. Bookings cancelled within this period are subject to a charge for the first night’s accommodation.

Cancellations and Modifications

You may cancel or modify your reservation up to 48 hours prior to the 3PM check in time on the day of your arrival.  Changes or cancellations of your reservation within the 48-hour period will result in a forfeit of your deposit. Advance Purchase Rates require full pre-payment, are non-refundable and cannot be modified.

Deposit Policy

A deposit equal to the first night room rate plus tax will be charged at the time of booking.  Please Note: Advance Purchase rates require full pre-payment.

New Year’s Policy

Guests booking stays at Pinewood between 30 December 2024 and 2 January 2025, must be 20 years of age or over.

Pet Policy

Pets are permitted to stay with guests of Pinewood Lodge, if staying in a fully self-contained unit. Please review our Pet Policy prior to booking.

Noise Curfew

We have a strict noise curfew of 9pm where we ask all guests to keep noise to a minimum. After this time, night security will enforce this policy.

After 9pm, the use of portable speakers is prohibited. Any speakers found in operation will be confiscated and may only be retrieved at checkout, subject to a $100 fee.
